Personal Information

I'm very interested in environmental matters having been inspired as a child by the Ladybird book "What on Earth Are We Doing?" [Keen, D.H. & Simmons, G.E.](1976). For a couple of years I worked in the aluminium recycling business. I love bicycles and cycling and I particularly like to see bikes 'rescued' and recycled to be used again. I don't spend enough time at my Wolsey Drive allotment. My postal address is 'Kingston' but according to the council I live in the borough of Richmond.

Carbon intensive car travel needs to be addressed on
I've been looking into the carbon emitted in the use of our car. In 2010 we did a fairly modest 3,500 miles a year (5,600km) in a 1995 1.4 litre Astra which I'm guessing emits about 180g/km. That Read More.
