Our story has reached an amazing milestone! The photovoltaic cells are now in place and generating electricity. The air to water underfloor heating system has been fully commissioned and the associated refurbishment works in the village hall are all but complete. You can see pictures on our community web site. The next phase of the project now begins in earnest as we begin examining the domestic home assessments.

This project focuses on the village hall and 23 houses around the village.
The major part of the project will be overhauling the village hall with a new sub-structure, full insulation to the floor and walls, and a renewed and strengthened roof so photovoltaic (PV) panels or tiles can be installed. These panels will generate electricity for the hall, and also income via a Clean Energy Cashback tariff.
