Hi

I am having problems using this site - I can find no explanation as to how to add blog comments, update the project pages or upload pictures.

Can you please provide the relevant information.

Thanks

Diane

Hi Diane,

Welcome and sorry you're having problems.  I'll send you an In-mail via the site with instructions to help you.

If any othe project co-ordinators also need help, please let me know.

Thanks,

Hi Diane,

I just sent you the In-Mail; you should see this when you are logged into the site.  There's a little envelope icon at the top of the home page which indicates you have an in-mail.

Let me know how you get on!

Is it possible to post pictures direct onto the forum threads?

Hello Kate, How do I associate myself with the Greenstreets/ Solariham/ Ham & Petersham Low Carbon Zone project on this site? I see some people have their local project listed in their profile, but I don't see how to do that. Thanks, Jon

Welcome ness-w!

You can’t upload a file directly to a blog thread. If you want to upload a file to the site you first have to upload it to your “My Files” area.

Go to http://www.greenstreets.co.uk/my/files/ and select to upload a file and go through the instructions you get here to locate and upload the file.

Once this is uploaded it will be in the Resource Library. You can then go to this file and select ‘embed’, this will bring up some code. You then copy and paste this code into your blog or forum posts and it will embed the file onto the post.

Look forward to seeing your file!

Kate

Welcome to the site Jon!  I've just added a new question and answer to cover your question in the FAQs section -  if you go there you'll be able to see how you can associate yourself with Solariham.

Thanks,

Kate
