For the GreenBabies project, we've been trying to find local companies prepared to quote for the five families looking into biomass boilers for their homes.  It's been very interesting, because it's very hard to find anyone accredited doing small scale systems - everyone appears to be waiting to hear about the renewable heat incentive before committing themselves.  As with the FIT for generating electricity, it's amazing what an impact government policy has on the so-called 'green economy' - in this case a negative impact as things remain unclarified.  If the RHI is attractive, I imagine there will be a huge gap in the market in terms of installers and expertise?
